Customer service is key
Businesses that make a great impression on their clients usually have one thing in common: exemplary customer service. They are the ones who go the extra mile, follow up, and take a few extra minutes to make sure your needs are met. In short, they care.
In my industry there are debt settlement and bankruptcy law firms that seem to care more about their fees than the people they serve. I think that’s one reason that word-of-mouth has become so vital these days, and why those referrals from someone you know and trust carry so much weight.
Here are three businesses I have come to know and trust that I want to share with you. Watching out for one another seems to be even more important right now, and perhaps you or someone you know might find this information helpful. If you have someone to recommend to me, please do!

The research is clear. An increase in customer retention of just 5% can increase your profit by 25% because repeat customers are more likely to spend more with your brand, according to Bain & Company.
Your customer service experience is the face of your brand, a vital key to your success.
